Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• BroMood / Platform: the ecosystem of websites and mobile applications including BroBarber (barbershops), BroBeauty (beauty centres), BroPet (pet groomers), BroCoach (personal trainers and fitness centres) and BroMood (multi-brand discovery app), operated by ConnectYourLife di Luigi Zotti.
• User: any natural or legal person using one or more platforms in the ecosystem.
• Professional: owner or manager of a business (barbershop, salon, pet groomer, fitness centre) registered as an operator on the Platform.
• Staff: employee or collaborator of the Professional, authorised to access the Platform with a limited role.
• Client: end user who makes bookings, receives services or interacts with Professionals through the Platform.

2. Acceptance

Accessing and using the Platform implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the service.

3. Services Provided

The BroMood ecosystem provides, depending on the brand and subscription plan:

• Bookings and calendar: online appointment management, professional calendar, automatic reminders via push and WhatsApp.
• Messaging: real-time two-way chat between Professional and Client, with push notifications.
• Training and nutrition (BroCoach): workout plan creation, nutrition plans, session tracking, body measurements, progress photos.
• Pet profile (BroPet): pet data management (name, size, breed) for size-based personalised services.
• Artificial intelligence: virtual hairstyle try-on via generative AI (Google Gemini), automatic workout plan generation.
• Loyalty: points-based loyalty programmes, reward redemption, visit history.
• Marketing: promotional campaigns, analytics, product inventory.
• Payments: secure processing via Stripe, fiscal cash register, invoicing, recurring subscriptions.
• Discovery (BroMood): public search for professionals on a map, reviews, browsing without registration.

4. Account and Responsibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to register.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide truthful, up-to-date and complete data during registration.
• In case of unauthorised access, you must immediately notify BroMood at youcan@connectyourlife.it.
• BroMood reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice in case of serious violations.

5. Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

The following are expressly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for illegal activities or activities contrary to public order.
• Violating the intellectual property rights or personal data of third parties.
• Attempting unauthorised access to systems, accounts or restricted areas of the Platform.
• Distributing viruses, malware or harmful content.
• Scraping, reverse engineering or decompiling the software.
• Uploading images of third parties without their consent to the AI feature.
• Posting false, defamatory or misleading reviews.
• Using messaging for spam or unsolicited commercial communications.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

• Professionals may subscribe to paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) with prices and features specific to each brand.
• A 30-day free trial is available for new Professionals.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Professionals can connect their own Stripe account (Stripe Connect) to receive payments from Clients.
• In-app purchases are available for AI credits (hairstyle try-on), managed via App Store, Google Play and RevenueCat.
• No refunds are provided for already-billed periods, unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
• Non-payment will result in automatic suspension of the service at the end of the billed period.
• Prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. VAT will be shown at checkout.

7. Artificial Intelligence Features

• AI features (hairstyle try-on, workout plan generation) use third-party artificial intelligence models (Google Gemini).
• Results are automatically generated and are purely indicative. BroMood does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of AI results for any specific purpose.
• Images uploaded for the hairstyle try-on feature are processed in real time and are not permanently stored on our servers or used to train AI models.
• AI-generated workout plans must be reviewed by the Professional before being assigned to a Client.
• Use of AI features is subject to monthly limits that vary based on the subscription plan and purchased credits.

8. Limitation of Liability

BroMood is not liable for:

• Service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance or force majeure events.
• Indirect, consequential damages or loss of profit arising from use of the Platform.
• The quality of services provided by Professionals to Clients. BroMood is a technology intermediary and not a party to the Professional-Client relationship.
• Content, behaviour or actions of Users on the Platform, including reviews and messages.
• Results generated by artificial intelligence features.
• Malfunctions of integrated third-party services (Stripe, Twilio, Google, Apple, etc.).

9. Intellectual Property

All source code, design, logos, trademarks (BroMood, BroBarber, BroBeauty, BroPet, BroCoach) and content of the Platform are the exclusive property of Luigi Zotti (ConnectYourLife). Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Content uploaded by Users (photos, reviews, messages) remains the property of the Users. The User grants BroMood a limited, non-exclusive and revocable licence for display and platform operation purposes.

10. Withdrawal and Cancellation

• You may delete your account at any time from the Settings section of the Platform or by writing to youcan@connectyourlife.it.
• Account deletion entails removal of personal data within the timeframes set out in the Privacy Policy.
• We reserve the right to amend these Terms with 30 days' notice communicated by email. The updated version will be published on this page.
• Continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Naples shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
